Many Enterprises are in process to migrate their applications to cloud or are already in cloud. Cloud Migration provides great opportunity to transform but also has its own fair share of challenges. it is very critical that OATUG Members have awareness of these challenges and opportunities.. While applications have become feature rich and standardized, the migration path is quite challenging. To be successful in cloud it is important that the overall enterprise cloud strategy, change management and business process transformation has to be addressed to ensure overall success.
